3.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phmanalo login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. You must notify phmanalo customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

10.3 In all cases where liability cannot be excluded by law, phmanalo's aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 phmanalo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) the account presents a fraud, AML, or regulatory risk; (c) the account holder is not eligible to use the platform; or (d) continued operation of the account poses legal, reputational, or financial risk to phmanalo.
